Structural work on our New York project has progressed into the dry-in phase, which is now nearing completion. Exterior sheathing and weatherproofing have been installed, and crews are currently wrapping up punch-list items to finalize the building envelope and prepare the structure for the next stage of construction.

Framing operations on the St. Louis residential project have been completed and successfully passed inspection. The project will now move into the dry-in phase as crews prepare to install exterior sheathing and begin securing the building envelope.
