Project Progress
Construction continues to advance on a commercial structural project in New York where Tilde Construction has been responsible for structural erection and coordination of the building envelope.
Structural framing for the project was previously completed, allowing crews to transition into the dry-in phase. Exterior sheathing and weatherproofing installation have been carried out across the structure as the building envelope is secured.
The project is now approaching completion of the dry-in phase, with crews currently focusing on final punch-list items and coordination to finalize the structure before interior work proceeds.
Winter weather conditions and recent snowfall have presented scheduling challenges on site; however, crews have continued progressing work while maintaining project coordination and structural quality.
